The Global Perspectives in Behavioral Sciences and Health book series is an interdisciplinary platform addressing contemporary research, applications, and innovations in behavioral sciences. This series aims to bring together global experts to explore critical issues at the intersection of psychology, behavioral neuroscience, health education, public health communication, and social and psychological determinants of health.
Scope and FocusThis series focuses on the multi-level application of behavioral science theory, methods, and practical solutions to address contemporary challenges related to health and behavior. Each volume will be organized around specific themes to highlight interdisciplinary research, such as:
Behavioral Neuroscience and Cognitive Science: Mental health interventions, neurobehavioral mechanisms, and cognitive development.
Health Communication and Education: Influencing health behaviors, health promotion strategies, and media-based interventions.
Psychological and Social Influences on Health: Impact of psychological factors, social determinants, and cultural contexts on health outcomes.
Behavioral Genetics and Behavioral Biology: Genetic influences on behavior, health-related risk factors, and epigenetic research.
Community-Based Interventions: Strategies for health education, behavioral change, and community engagement.
Public Health and Behavioral Science Policy: Integrating behavioral sciences in policy frameworks to address global health inequities.
We welcome proposals for authored or edited volumes that address global challenges, innovative interventions, and evidence-based solutions in behavioral sciences. Contributors from diverse fields are encouraged to collaborate on volumes that foster international perspectives and interdisciplinary approaches.

Dr. Vasundharaa S. Nair
Short Bio:
Dr. Vasundharaa S. Nair is an Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean–Academic Affairs at the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS), O.P. Jindal Global University. She completed her MPhil and PhD in Psychiatric Social Work at NIMHANS, where her doctoral research focused on developing a checklist of social determinants of health. A trained psychotherapist, she provides care for psychiatric and neurological conditions across individual and family settings. Her current research centers on family therapy, student mental health, social determinants of health in non-communicable diseases, climate change, and inclusive education.

Short Bio
Dr. Gil Bozer is Chair of the Human Resource Management Department at Sapir Academic College and holds a Ph.D. in Management from Monash University, Australia. He serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and has published widely in leading journals, including Applied Psychology: An International Review and Human Resource Development Quarterly. A frequent presenter at AOM, EAWOP, and EURAM conferences, Dr. Bozer’s current research explores the interface between Artificial Intelligence and workplace coaching. He also serves on the Science Council at CoachHub, promoting evidence-based coaching practices worldwide.
