Access and Availability

STAR Scholars Press publishes both open-access and print/digital scholarly books. Open-access titles are freely available for reading and download through our publishing platform. Print and select digital formats (hardcover, paperback, and eBook) are available for purchase through authorized distribution channels.

Discovery and Metadata

Our publications are structured to support library discovery, cataloging, and long-term access:

  • Persistent DOIs registered through Crossref

  • ISBNs assigned by format (print and digital)

  • OAI-PMH–compliant metadata via Open Monograph Press (OMP)

  • Dublin Core and standard scholarly metadata fields

Acquisition and Collection Development
