Seeking Editorial Team- Journal of STEM Research: Issues and Perspectives
The Journal of STEM Research: Issues and Perspectives, a new multidisciplinary peer-reviewed journal, is seeking dedicated professionals to join its editorial team. This publication focuses on the dissemination of empirical research, comprehensive reviews, and insightful practitioner opinions that address a wide range of issues and perspectives within science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education.
Responsibilities:
Members of the editorial team will be tasked with managing the peer review process, ensuring the integrity and quality of the journal through a blind review system. This includes solicitation of manuscripts, coordination with national and international board members, and engaging with peer reviewers to foster a rigorous academic discourse.
Qualifications:
- A strong academic background in STEM education or related fields.
- Prior experience in editorial roles or peer review processes is highly desirable.
- Commitment to advancing research and practices in STEM education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of editors and reviewers.

Positions-
Editor - Responsible for the overall scholarly direction, integrity, and editorial agenda of the journal. The Editor-in-Chief leads the editorial board, oversees the peer review process, and makes final decisions on manuscript publications.

Associate Editors - Specializing in specific areas within STEM education, such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, to manage submissions in their area of expertise. They work closely with the Editor to ensure the quality and relevance of the journal content.

Managing Editor - Handles the day-to-day operations of the journal, including managing manuscript submissions, coordinating peer review, and communicating with authors and reviewers. The Managing Editor ensures the smooth operation of the editorial process.

Editorial Board Members - Comprising national and international experts in various facets of STEM education. These members provide strategic advice, support the peer review process, and contribute to the development of the journal's standards and policies.

Peer Reviewers - Experts in specific STEM education areas who evaluate the quality, relevance, and rigor of submitted manuscripts. Peer reviewers provide constructive feedback to authors and recommend whether manuscripts should be accepted, revised, or rejected.

Technical Editor - Ensures that all articles meet the journal's formatting and style guidelines. The Technical Editor also works on improving the clarity and quality of the published content, making it accessible and engaging for the journal's audience.
