Call for Chapters: Black Leadership and Institutional Transformation in Higher Education
This edited volume invites contributions that examine leadership, governance, and institutional transformation through the experiences and practices of Black leaders in higher education. The book seeks to highlight innovative leadership models, equity-centered governance, and strategies for navigating complex institutional environments.
Suggested Topics Include (but are not limited to):
- Leadership identity and pathways in higher education
- Black leadership in predominantly White institutions and HBCUs
- Governance, trusteeship, and decision-making
- Leadership during institutional change and crisis
- Succession planning and leadership development
Submission Guidelines
- Chapter length: 2,000–4,000 words
- Abstract: 100–120 words
- Include research, practice, or case-based perspectives
